Whenever I’m in Dun Laoghaire, I enjoy grabbing a coffee at Costa Coffee. The space is amazing — it’s inside the Eason bookshop on the second floor, and it has a stunning view of the church tower. On top of that, the service is excellent; the staff are very kind. I was served by Gisele, a sweet barista who made a delicious coffee for me and also explained a lot about the coffee process and quality at Costa Coffee. Gisele made my coffe experience even better than usual.
I highly recommend this place if you are passing through Dun Laoghaire.

What recent reviewers mention most:
CoffeeTasty foodViews & location
The café is in a good location, on the second floor, which personally makes it appealing to me. In this particular case, I didn’t like the service — the baristas were in their own world, missed part of my order, and didn’t offer to sprinkle chocolate on my cappuccino, which is the standard in other Costa locations.
Expensive.
Great views in sunny position.
Loos in Easons had no toilet roll!!
(Easons tell me Costa 'maintain'loos).
